Final Loading Marks Safe and Successful Close for Iconic Western Australia Terminal
Trysil Spirit had the unique honor of loading the final cargo at Barrow Island Marine Terminal, marking its official closure after more than 60 years of continuous operation.
The milestone was achieved with the utmost commitment to safety and operational excellence; a testament to the skill, dedication, and teamwork of everyone involved.
To commemorate the occasion, our crew presented terminal representatives with a framed photo of Trysil Spirit, a token of respect and appreciation for decades of offshore history.
In true #TeekaySPIRIT, we sounded the ship’s horn in one long, proud farewell — a lasting tribute to the legacy of the Barrow Island Marine Terminal.
