Our 20-year journey with Teekay Offshore is coming to a close.
With the selling of our remaining interest in Teekay Offshore to Brookfield last April 2019, Teekay Offshore became a separate entity from Teekay.
Last week, Teekay Offshore announced their intention to rebrand as Altera Infrastructure. The announcement of their new business name signifies the next step in our separation. This is the beginning of (soon to be) Altera Infrastructure’s future apart from Teekay and marks another step forward for our strategy of focusing and simplifying our core businesses.
As we fondly look back at our journey together, we wave a teary-eyed goodbye to our former colleagues and wish them all the best for the future.
