Throughout the year, our fleet teams organize Seafarer Conferences, where we bring together our shore teams with our seafarers. It is a fantastic opportunity for the ship and shore teams to discuss common topics of interest, to garner feedback from our seafarers, and to present them details of projects and plans.
In May, it was the turn of the Gas fleet in Glasgow to host 50 seafarers around the theme of PERFORMANCE. Topics covered included vessel performance, safety, PPE, cybersecurity, commercial performance, and newbuild and drydock projects. Of course, there was also time to relax and view the sights…
