Reinforcing Excellence: The Teekay Way
Join us in Phuket, Thailand this April for our annual Senior Officers Conference. We will come together in this serene location from different parts of the world to share ideas, learn from each other, and have some fun along the way. In these 3 days, we will aim to discuss, bring back, and reinforce what makes us successful. With this, we introduce our theme, Reinforcing Excellence, The Teekay Way.
‘The Teekay Way’ is beyond compliance, it is an inter-connected way of working, with an ownership mindset built upon accountability. “The Teekay Way” opens opportunities for high performing teams because we never stop learning and adapting.

Conference: business formal
Arrival Dinner and Dinner by the Beach: resort casual with comfortable but modest breathable fabrics and closed shoes or leather sandals.
Team Building: comfortable beach sportswear and sports shoes for tropical climate as activities may involve running and getting wet. Caps will be provided.
