Reuniting our sea and shore colleagues to learn, inspire, and engage.
As restrictions in many countries have lifted, our colleagues around the globe slowly shuffled back to many more in-person activities.
Over the past few months, colleagues from sea and shore had the opportunity to hear and learn about how their work benefits and affects one another. From office visits, town halls, knowledge sharing, and vessel tours, our colleagues were delighted to reconnect, share, and engage in person again.
We invest in the training and development of our people and these in-person activities present a unique opportunity for all colleagues to develop and better understand the organization. Many colleagues shared how rewarding it was to see how their day-to-day functions come together to interconnect and contribute to our vision of bringing energy to the world. Even though we come from various offices, cultures, and backgrounds, it’s our commitments, actions, and spirit that makes us Teekay.
