Congratulations Arne and thank you for your 33 years of service on Petrojarl I.
In March 2019, Teekay Offshore Production Chief Engineer Arne Bredal, disembarked Petrojarl I for the very last time after THIRTY THREE YEARS OF SERVICE, to set course towards retirement.
Arne joined Petrojarl I during the construction period in Japan in 1986 and has been faithful to her ever since. Arne’s last day was celebrated by the team with cake, and a visible greeting from the helicopter window for his last tour from the vessel towards the mainland. Congratulations Arne and thank you for your 33 years of service on Petrojarl I. Your Teekay family is wishing you all the best for the future.
As Petrojarl1 OIM, Svenn Tranvåg has said,
“Arne worked with a speed that few of us could follow. He was the first man at work and the last to rest, that is Arne. Always a “yes” when you ask him a favour and never once was he negative or complaining.”
