Teekay banded together to partake in a friendly corporate cup match amongst industry peers at the 2022 Mariners’ Premier League (MPL) in Singapore hosted by Mariners’ Cricket Club (MCC).
With staff participating from different departments, the event was very well attended and brought an opportunity for everyone to reconnect with their contacts in the shipping industry. Many non-playing colleagues also took the time to cheer for the team.
Team Teekay Spirit batted and bowled bravely for two days despite bowing out of the event after the third match. However, the team never missed a beat with their enthusiasm and passion. Getting everyone together and hearing the team cheer “Teekay!” before every match was truly motivating.
