The Vessel Questionnaire System is no longer available. To better serve our customers, questionnaires are now provided by Q88.com.
Questionnaires can be accessed by clicking on the Fleet List link and searching for the desired vessel.
Questionnaires may also be requested by emailing ops@teekay.com with the vessel name.

Teekay Launches a New Vessel Questionnaire System!
In December 2006, Teekay launched an improved vessel questionnaire system (VQS), providing business partners – including customers, brokers, terminal and port agents – immediate access to complete vessel trading information and vetting criteria through a variety of OCIMF, oil company and terminal questionnaires.
To use the new system, business partners must register for a new VQS account.

*Teekay has recently made improvements to the Vessel Questionnaire System, which requires that existing VQS users register for new accounts. If you do not want to create one now, you can continue using VQS. If you are experiencing any problems logging in to the VQS, please email web.vqs@teekay.com.
