Case Study: Teekay Flex Shuttle (SLT300)

The SLT 300 allows offshore export operations to be performed directly from the production facility, addressing transportation challenges that arise from the development of more marginal fields. .

The research and development program is being developed in cooperation with Detnorske, co-funded by The Research Council of Norway, and supported by Marine Cybernetics and Ship Manoeuvring Simulator Centre A/S.

Case Study: Offshore Windfarm Installation Vessel

Teekay and A2SEA are jointly developing an offshore windfarm installation vessel. Our unique experience in shuttle tanker operations paired with A2SEA’s extensive experience in the offshore wind sector provides the ideal basis for a successful development.

The vessel will be capable of transporting pre-assembled foundations straight out to the site, driving down the time and cost of windfarm foundation installation.
